Luxury Champagne Silk Pillowcase - 22 Momme

I've previously bought silk products from Slip and The White Company, so I had fairly high expectations.

The quality of REM Retreat is every bit as good and the attention to detail surprised me. The silk feels substantial, the stitching is excellent and the hidden zip is much neater than my previous pillowcases.

Considering the price, I think it's exceptional value.

I wasn't convinced a silk pillowcase would make much difference, but after a couple of weeks I understood why people recommend them. My hair is noticeably less tangled in the mornings and my skin doesn't feel as dry when I wake up. The silk feels luxurious without being slippery, and it's washed really well.

I've struggled to switch off at night for years and usually spend at least an hour scrolling my phone before trying to sleep.

Since buying the REM Retreat silk sleep mask and diffuser I've created a proper bedtime routine. I light the candle, dim the lights and put my phone away about 30 minutes before bed.

The sleep mask is unbelievably comfortable and blocks out every bit of light without feeling tight.

I'm falling asleep much faster and waking up feeling more refreshed.
